Silicone Greases and Lubricants

Silicone greases, compounds and lubricants are products which contain silicon fluids of various types and viscosities, modified with various filters and thickeners that both add to the lubricity of the silicone and allow it to remain in place under pressure or temperature.

We have materials made from dimethy, methylphenyl, and methyl alkyl silicone fluids which can be used at temperatures from -100 °C to over 500 °C.

Silicone lubricants can be used from -100 to 500 degrees C.

Silicone RTV Materials

Silicone RTV materials are available in both 1 and 2 component types. Most will cure to a durable rubber like solid at room temperature within 24 hours.

They can be used as sealants, potting materials and for creating molds for casting of epozy or polyurethane parts.
Both condensation and addition cured materials are available.
While technically not an RTV, A4000 adhesive us a 2 component clear adhesive that will bond silicone to most substrates such as plastic or metal. It is available in 4 oz, pint, and quart kits.
